How to Install Windows 2008 R2

In this tutorial we will demonstrate to you the installation procedure
for Windows 2008 R2 Operating System.

To make things easier for you, we have automated the entire
installation process. Now you will only need to start the installation
and then set a password for the Windows OS.

Step 1:
Login to your VPS Control Panel and click on the button at the right
labeled “Manage”. The screenshot for the same is given below.


Step 2:
Once you are done with Step 1, you will be presented will a screen as
shown below. Click on the button labeled “VNC”.

Step 3:

You will now be presented with the VNC area. The Windows Installation
Wizard will show you an option to install on the selected location.
Click on the button labeled “Next” without changing any settings.

Step 4:
Now the Installation procedure will start, it may take 5 to 10 minutes
to finish.

Step 5:
When the Windows Expand files reaches 100%, the VNC will automatically
disconnect for about 15 seconds and will show you an error message
“VNC Disconnected Login again”. When this error is displayed you will
need to login again.

Step 6:
Upon logging in, you are presented with another error message “The
user’s password must be changed before logging in first time“. Click
on “Okay” to begin the process of changing the Password.

Step 7:

The final stage is to change your Password. You will need to click on
the Password box and then confirm it by typing it again. (Imp: To keep
your account secure, Windows will not accept insecure Passwords, you
will need to add a special character in your Password, we also suggest
that you note down the password somewhere as you will need it to login
to your Windows or RDP Account.)

Upon successful completion of all the above mentioned steps, Windows
will show a message saying that your Password has been changed
successfully, as shown in the screen below.

Step 8:
That does it. You can now access your VPS through your RDP Account
using your VPS IP Address and your Windows Password you set in Step 7.

Below we show you an example of your RDP Login details.
